For 50 years Dr. Kenneth Cooper has promoted that medicine should concentrate on proper weight, nutrition, exercise and supplementation. In 1997, Dr. Kenneth Cooper, with a team of physicians and scientists from leading universities, developed Cooper Complete Nutritional Supplements to address weaknesses found in many supplements.
Basic One is a complete one tablet per day formula designed for ease of use.

Physician Formulated Multivitamin
You try to adhere to a healthy diet, but chances are, you’re not receiving the recommended amount of daily nutrients from your diet alone. In fact, a study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found only one out of every 10 adults meets the federal fruit or vegetable recommendations.
“If every American ate between five to nine servings of fruit and vegetables a day we would not need additional vitamin supplementation,” says Dr. Kenneth Cooper. “Yet, the average American adult eats 3.1 servings of fruits and vegetables and the average teenager gets 1.6 servings. This leads to levels of vitamins in the blood becoming deficient and supplementation becomes necessary.” Helping people live healthy lives is at the center of everything Cooper Aerobics does. It’s why Dr. Kenneth Cooper started making supplements in the first place, and why we will never offer a product that we don’t believe will truly be beneficial.
Supplements Not Cures
We want everyone to live a healthy life. A life that includes making good choices. That is why we don’t promise that our products will make up for poor decisions-they are simply a part of practicing a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Our products are based on research and formulated by physicians. There is no guessing or trend-following when it comes to our products, only science.
Complete but Not Completed
For over 20 years we have relied on research to continue to perfect our product formulations and make revisions to ensure we deliver the highest quality available.
