Portuguese Minister of Economy, Pedro Siza Vieira, at the High-Level Conference on Food Supple-ments. Attended by the European Food Safety Authority, the European Commission, European au-thorities and sector representatives, via video conference, from Centro Cultural de Belém, Lisbon. The current situation in terms of food supplements in the context of the Single Market was dis-cussed at this conference, with the aim of finding solutions to ensure greater safety for consumers and fair competition between operators.
