Actually, I’m not sure if that’s what I was getting on this particular day, but chouquettes are a pretty good guess. I think this image was taken some time last year, when I woke up one morning and decided to indulge in breakfast (or at least a supplemental breakfast) at the local French Bakery, St. Honoré. If you haven’t been there; you must… they also serve delicious things for lunch (I highly recommend the turkey and cheese croissant).
Mmm. Warm, golden mornings and chouquettes. I guess I should stop there before I make myself hungry.
