While some may be satisfied to settle for just the Brioche French Toast ($12) – featuring thick slices of buttery bread that’s been soaked in egg and grilled – both BY and I agreed it was far sexier to order it with the supplemental slab of pan seared foie gras ($14). This version is served with crushed macadamia nuts and warmed fresh strawberry sauce in addition to a quenelle of cream. Oh la la.
