Beef Bulgogi
Ingredients 1lb Sirloin Beef, thinly sliced 1/2 cup Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce 2 TBSP Sunny’s Stir Fry Oil 1 clove garlic, minced (optional) 1 tsp ginger, minced (optional) 2 TBSP green onion, chopped Sprinkle of sesame seeds (optional) 10 Red Lettuce Leafs, for wraps (optional)
Preparation
STEP 1 Mix beef and Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce. Allow to sit 5-10 minutes (or in fridge for 2-3 hours)
STEP 2 Heat Sunny’s Stir Fry Oil in large wok/skillet over medium heat.
STEP 3 Add garlic & ginger until fragrant.
STEP 4 Cook beef mixture in wok for ~2 minutes/side.
STEP 5 Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with steamed rice, veggies, noodles, or wrapped in a lettuce leaf.
Cucumber Kimchee
Ingredients 1 cucumber 1/2 cup Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning 1 TBSP garlic 1 TBSP ginger, optional
Preparation
STEP 1 Slice cucumber. We use a mandolin to thinly slice but if chunks or thicker slices are your thing, go for it!
STEP 2 Add remaining ingredients.
STEP 3 Gently toss to coat and mix.
STEP 4 Enjoy this cool, spicy, and refreshing kimchee dish as a garnish or with steamed rice or noodles! Voila! How easy was that?
