D24797(vid). Over the weekend 25th / 26th September, 2021 the Isle of Wight Steam Railway ran a 1960s weekend with a small display of 1960s cars and 1960s music to supplement the 1960s steam trains. One of the groups performing over the weekend was ‘The Hillmans’, a local group from Ventnor, and this is their version of ‘Hi-Ho Silver Lining’ which was a chart hit for British guitarist Jeff Beck in 1967.
The guitarist on the left is Dick Taylor who was one of the founder members of The Rolling Stones and who later formed The Pretty Things.
