After a serious injury in 2007, I was unable to work out as usual for several months. When I finally did get back to the gym, working out was so difficult and tiring that I quit after just a week of being back. A friend recommended both Magnesium Oil and Rehydrate from Mineralife, and though I doubted, I did try it, and went back to the gym. I immediately was able to work out for almost as long as before my injury, and by using Magnesium Oil, got no cramps afterward. It was amazing the instantaneous results.
