The MTR and double deckers are supplemented by an extensive network of 16 seater ‘Public Light Buses’. These are green top (which follow fixed routes and stops, and which accept Octopus cards) or red top, like the one seen here (which do not follow fixed stops and can be stopped anywhere, and which do not accept Octopus cards).
